Who says nothing good happens after midnight? Matt and I met at a New Year's Eve party and were able to strike up a conversation about our his & hers Timex Ironman watches. At the time, I was running Division I track & cross country and he was a triathlon maniac - the perfect excuse to "go for a run sometime" (aka: date).
Fast forward 7 years later and here we are owning a specialty running & walking shop! We know we have the greatest job in the world - sharing our expertise and passion for fitness to the Nashville community and our loyal fans in surrouding states! Along with an amazing staff of 20 plus employees, we work incredibly hard to provide the best information and unmatched customer service. Our desire is to help you practice a happy & healthy lifestyle. Joining this fitness family was Mason Ezra on July 23, 2010. Soon you will find him running laps around the store!
