Trigger Point & Core Strengthening Class
Trigger Point 101 & Grid/Rolling Class
Fleet Feet Sports is excited to offer FREE weekly Trigger Point classes. Each class will guide you through the proper ways to use the TP tools as they release, lengthen and strengthen your tight or aching muscles. These classes will teach you to "unlock your body" and are perfect for anyone; athlete and non-athlete.
Our Trigger Point 101 class will be an overview on how to use the Trigger Point system while using the Trigger Point Ultimate 6 Kit. It will last for about 45 minutes.
Our Grid Core Class is based on the Trigger Point Therapy SMRT-CORE Program which uses The Grid to give participants a great core workout. These classes will focus on foundational and intermediate foam roller massage movements while engaging the core to increase strength and stabilit. Each manipulation an exercise will be offer in multiple difficulty levels. The grid core class will last for about 30 minutes.
Both classes are open to individuals at all levels of fitness.
Trigger Point 101 is held the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 6pm
Grid Core class is held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6pm
