"The focus of this class will be on strengthening and mobility exercises designed to help improve your running performance. This class will give you preventative tools to keep you healthy while running. We will limit this class to 15 people and will consist of 2x 1 hr classes held at Fleet Feet in Brentwood. We encourage for you to sign up as long as you are not racing for a PR in the next 2 mo. This will be a new addition to your training, and just like starting anything new in running, should not be attempted close to a race for which you have been training. Take advantage of this new class as spots will fill up fast!!"
