No Boundaries 5k Training

  • Walkers welcome
  • Accountability to start and stick with an exercise plan
  • No experience necessary
  • Learn to run using a run/walk method

No Boundaries 10k Training

  • Must have completed a 3k distance
  • Gradual increase of weekly mileage
  • Run/walk training as well as transition to straight run

Speed Sessions

  • Must be able to run a mile without stopping
  • Personalized workout based on one mile time trial
  • Designed to help better a previous race time
  • Weekly mileage should currently be ten miles or more

Women's Half Marathon

  • Beginner friendly for runners and walkers
  • Must be able to comfortably run, walk or run/walk 3 miles by July 13th
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Schedule will allow flexibility for advanced, intermediate and novice
  • Must commit to run/walk 3 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)

Chicago/Fall Marathon

  • Must be able to comfortably run 10 miles by July 6th
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Must commit to running 3 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)
  • Weekly mileage should be close to 20 miles a week when training begins
