No Boundaries 5K/10K/15K

Speed Sessions

  • Must be able to run two miles without stopping
  • Personalized workout based on two mile time trial
  • Designed to help better a previous race time
  • Weekly mileage should currently be ten miles or more

Spring Half Marathon Training

  • Beginner friendly for runners and walkers
  • Must be able to comfortably run, walk or run/walk 4 miles by January 13th with weekly mileage of 10 miles
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Schedule will allow flexibility for advanced, intermediate and novice
  • Must commit to run/walk at least 3 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)

Spring Marathon Training

  • Must be able to comfortably run 10 miles by January 13th
  • All pace levels are welcome
  • Must commit to running 3 to 5 days a week (includes Saturday group workouts)
  • Weekly mileage should be close to 20 miles a week when training begins
  • Sponsored by Brooks

Trail Training

  • 25K and 50K options
  • Personalized training
  • Must be able to comfortably run 10 miles on the road to train for a 50K
  • Must be able to run 4 miles comfortably to train for a half
  • All training on trails
  • Highly addictive

Half Marathon More Info »

Program Start: January 13, 2018
Program Schedule: Saturdays, 7am
Goal Race: Rock n Roll Nashville Half Marathon
Program Fee: $85 until November 31st, $100 starting December 1st (excluding race entry fee)
Description: This program spans 16 weeks and includes weekly group workouts with mapped courses, pace leaders, fluids provided, along with a tech tee. The group workouts are every Saturday at 7 a.m., at locations in Brentwood, Franklin, Green Hills, and more!

Program Start: January 13, 2018, 6:30 a.m.
Goal Race: Rock n Roll Nashville Marathon
Program Fee: Cost for marathon training is $100 through November 30th, and then $125 starting December 1st (Race Registration not included)

Spring No Boundaries 5K/10K/15K More Info »

Program Start: January 23rd, 2018
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 7:30am
Goal Race: Dairy Dash 5K/10K/15K
Program Fee: $125 through December 14th, and will increase to $150 on December 15th
Description: The 12-week program includes one weekday group workout, one weekend group workout, a training plan, educational opportunities, a tech tee, injury screenings, and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.

Program Schedule: February 3rd-May 19th
Goal Race: Gnaw Bone "Dances with Dirt"
Program Fee: $100 until January 15th, $125 on or after January 16th. Register here.
Description: The Fleet Feet Nashville Dirtbags program is designed for the runner who is looking to get off of the road and onto the trails, but is not yet ready or interested in making the jump to the 50K distance. This program focuses on the half marathon distance.

Description: Our Ultra Dirtbags program is for those who want a challenge, an adventure, and a whole lot of fun. If you can run 10 road miles comfortably and have a base weekly mileage of 20, we can get you to the finish line of a 50K. In the process, you become a member of our exclusive Ultra Dirtbags cadre, a merry group of trail junkies.
