The program is coached by RRCA certified coach Tracey McGraw. All participants will receive an individual 12 week training program and a technical tee.
FIT is currently offered from 9:00-10:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays for participants who are running intervals. FIT is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30 for participants who are able to run 3 miles without walking. Locations will vary.
