Fall No Boundaries 5K and 5M Training

Join Fleet Feet in a 8-week training program geared towards completing the Indian Lake Loop 5K & 5M on November 23rd. This support-focused training program includes walking, running, run/walking and education on everything from proper form to nutrition.

The first workout will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd at Fleet Feet Hendersonville

Here's the scoop on the training plan:

  • Tuesday group workouts - 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Hendersonville
  • Saturday group workouts at 7:30 a.m. at Fleet Feet Hendersonville
  • Pace groups are Running, 3:1, 2:1, 1:1, Sexy Pace (walking group) 
  • Every participant is required wear reflective vests during Tuesday night runs
  • Every participant is encouraged to carry water on all runs

The 8-week program includes one weekday workouts, and one group weekend workout, a training plan, educational opportunities, a tech tee, injury screenings, discounts to Franklin Massage Center for the duration of the training program and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.

Description: From the time you register to train with us, until race day, you will get all the training, motivation, and support that you need to physically and mentally take on the 3.1 miles or 5 miles. Train with Fleet Feet for an 8-week training program for the Indian Lake Loop 5K/5M. This support-focused training program includes walking, running, run/walking and education on everything from proper form to nutrition. Train with us twice a week; Tuesday nights at 7pm from our Hendersonville location and Saturday mornings at 7:30 from Fleet Feet Hendersonville.
