Join Fleet Feet Sports in an eight-week training program geared towards the Indian Lake Loop 5k on November 24th. This support-focused training program includes walking, running, and education on everything from proper form to nutrition.
The first workouts will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd at Fleet Feet Sports Hendersonville.
Here's the scoop on the training plan:
The 8-week program includes one group weekday workout, and one group weekend workout, a training plan, educational opportunities, a tech tee, injury screenings, and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.
