St. Jude Country Music Marathon Training

You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 17-week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.  The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, weekly group workouts with mapped courses, pace leaders, fluids provided, and more. You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone -Fleet Feet Sports is here for you!

Training begins on Saturday, January 7th at 7am with a ten mile run, and will meet every Saturday until race day. Meeting locations will vary between Brentwood, Franklin, Percy Warner Park and parts of the race course. Brooks is the official training group sponsor and physical therapy support will be provided by Results Physiotherapy.

  Due to reaching full capacity, our training program is now closed. However, there are still spots available through the St. Jude Heroes team. With a minimum fundraising commitment, members of the Heroes team will not only be able to help save the lives of children fighting cancer, but also receive free race entry and free training with Fleet Feet!
