Geared for beginner trail runners and those newer to running in general, this 8 week program is guaranteed to cover all the basics of trail running while having a ton of fun in the woods!
For the more experienced runner who is looking to get off of the road and onto the trails, but is not yet ready or interested in making the jump to the 50K distance. This program focuses on the half distance, although our fall program trains for an 11 miler. This program trains for a hilly, technical destination race and guarantees lots of fun!
