Beginning Saturday, July 12th, we will meet every Saturday (except Labor Day weekend) at 7am until race day for a group workout. Our first workout will be 3 miles. Our weekly group workouts will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Brentwood, Green Hills and various parts of the race course.
The group workouts will have fluids provided along the mapped routes, with designated mentors to keep you motivated! You will be in the company of runners, walkers and run/walkers of all paces and experience levels.
All registered participants will receive a 12 week training schedule, Nike technical tank and various info clinics on nutrition/hydration, gearing up head to toe, core strengthening, proper stretching and women specific health issues. You will also have free access to physical therapists and massage therapists after designated workouts.
